The short answer is, no we can’t order more in, and here’s the reason why: The number cards of your bidding card set are printed and die-cut as a whole set laid up on a large sheet. They’re not produced individually because this would make them prohibitively expensive. The front cards are laid up on a second sheet and there’s enough room on the sheet for just one spare card to be printed at the same time, which is usually filled with 1 Club as this is the number card most likely to wear out. So, if suppliers were to sell any number card other than 1 Club, they’d have to remove them from whole sets which makes the rest of the set incomplete and therefore consigned to the bin. This makes no sense to do, and this is why you can’t buy replacement number cards anywhere. So why do we offer them? Because we’ve been in business a long time, and over that time we’ve accumulated a small number of sets that had a damaged card in them. Rather than throw the whole set away, we’ve offered the cards individually to be helpful. But it’s always the number 1s and occasionally 2s that people want to replace, so they’re the ones most likely to be missing from our list because we’ve sold out. Will we be adding new stock to the list? It’s possible but also unlikely.
